This is so cool! Dallas Dirt is a coffee and spice based coffee rub. It will really spruce up your BBQ meal. We use it on beef, chicken or pork so far, but always on the lookout for new ways to use most anything. We tried it on salmon and it was OK, but we like it much better on beef, chicken or pork. All you do is rub it all over your meat and throw it in the fridge to marinate. We prefer to marinate overnight, but even a few hours will get you by. We are in the process of developing a rub for fish now. We will add it to the line up once we have a recipe that rocks.
